We strive to ship our customers good products in good condition.

If you are a residential customer and no one is present 
your packages will be left at front door of residence. 
It is the responsibiltiy of the purchaser to give us 
a safe-deliverable drop off address.  
We do not assume responsible for stolen packages.
We do not ship to PO boxes.


Returns will only be accepted with a return authorization.

Please call customer service at 800-315-6311 prior to returning any products.  

All returns must be in good condition and are subject

to a 25% restocking charge.

No custom cut corners other than 90 degress will be returnable.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days.

Customer is responsible for all freight costs when returning any non-defective products.

Damages must be reported to us within 3 business days after customer receives order.

Save the package and products for inspection by

the carrier if requested.

We reserve the right to replace any damaged goods.
